Shipping & Returns

Bijou Hearts aims to process your orders within 24 hours of business days (Mondays-Fridays). All local orders will be shipped via J&T Express and tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped.

Jewelry Care

Our bijoux are gold & silver plated and requires special care as it may experience discoloring over time due to factors such as exposure to moisture, chemical and air but you can take some precautionary measures to ensure your pieces last longer.

Take off your bijoux when sleeping, showering, swimming & exercising. Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes & other substances that may harm or discolour the plating. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this can affect the finishing.
